Hydraulic Insertion

Brief description
  • The hydraulic insertion is a conveyor system for feeding the fuel by means of a trough/scraper chain
Fuel
  • Bulky fuel/wood chips > grain size 50
Advantages
  • Robust construction
  • Suitable for continuous operation
  • Low maintenance

Thrust conveyors be used alternatively to cross promote before thrust ground sweeps. Thrust conveyors are small moving elements located in a conveying channel, which move hydraulically with large stroke (700 – 1000 mm) the partly coarse fuel directly to the insert of a furnace.
