Getting to grips with fine dust
The HZF fine dust filter from Nolting consists of a cyclone separator with a downstream fine dust filter. It is available for automatically fed solid fuel firing systems up to approx. 500 kW. The filter consists of a compact, insulated steel housing for space-optimised accommodation of cyclone and filter, mounted on a safe, height-adjustable base construction.
The incoming flue gases are first channelled through the cyclone. Larger dust particles are pre-separated here. In the downstream electrostatic precipitator, fine particles are separated by electrostatic charging. The electrodes and separating surfaces are cleaned automatically and time-controlled by means of a shaking mechanism.
The dust falls into a collection container during the cleaning process. An integrated bypass minimises dust discharge during cleaning. The combination of cyclone and fine dust filter in one device makes the solution space-saving and therefore suitable for even the smallest installation rooms.
The flow conditions can be individually adjusted on the unit.
